We prepare and deliver orders using the delivery method selected at checkout based on destination, timing, and product eligibility. Available delivery options and estimated delivery dates are shown during checkout.
Orders begin processing shortly after payment is confirmed. Customers requesting changes must contact us as early as possible.
Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times. Actual delivery timing may vary due to routing, traffic, weather conditions, recipient availability, and operational capacity.
Residential deliveries typically occur by the end of the day. Business deliveries typically occur during standard business hours.
Same-day and expedited delivery options may be available on eligible products when ordered before the applicable cut-off time shown on the product page or at checkout.
For perishable or time-sensitive items, customers should select the recommended delivery method (such as same-day, next-day, overnight, or one business day) to help maintain freshness and quality.
Deliveries do not require a signature unless otherwise specified. Orders may be left in a safe location or delivered to a concierge, reception desk, or mailroom when appropriate.
Once proof of delivery has been obtained, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time the order is placed.
Address changes must be requested promptly after ordering and before the order ships.
Orders with incorrect or incomplete address information may be undeliverable.
Refunds are not issued for orders affected by address errors.
If an address is determined to be remote after an order has been placed, an additional service charge may be applied at the purchaser’s expense.
These charges may be applied at any point after the order has been placed, including after the order has been shipped and/or delivered.
Refunds are not issued for undeliverable orders.
Re-delivery may incur additional fees.
Perishable items may need to be remade and cannot always be recovered.
Incorrect or incomplete address information remains the customer’s responsibility.
Some products are perishable or sensitive to transit conditions.
Expedited delivery methods such as same-day, next-day, overnight, or one business day are recommended.
Orders shipped using slower methods may have perishable items replaced with non-perishable alternatives at our discretion to maintain product quality.
Because some items are seasonal or subject to availability, substitutions may be necessary. When substitutions occur, we maintain the overall value, theme, and design of the order.
Due to order volume, customers may not always be contacted in advance regarding substitutions.
Delivery of alcohol or other regulated products is subject to applicable provincial and federal laws in British Columbia and Canada. Age verification and additional delivery requirements may apply where required.
Delivery schedules may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, public emergencies, labor disruptions, holidays, or transportation network issues.
