Where most gifts go
The City of Vancouver receives far more gifts than anywhere else. Surrey comes second and has same-day delivery all week; Victoria leads the courier destinations. Each page has its own gift choices and a postal code lookup.
Same day or by courier
Sixteen pages get same-day delivery, from Vancouver and the North Shore to Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Langley, Maple Ridge and White Rock. Squamish, Whistler, the Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island and the Interior are reached by courier. Type a postal code on any page to see what that street can get.
Same day same day
Order by 11 a.m. Pacific and it arrives that day, Monday to Sunday, except on the closure dates at the foot of this page. Offices get it by 5 p.m., homes by 9 p.m. Miss 11 a.m. and an order in by 2 p.m. Pacific comes the next day. Two of West Vancouver's postal areas have same day; the third uses the courier.

Before you order
Worth knowing first.
- Anyone accepting wine, champagne, beer or spirits must be 19 or older and show ID with a photo; those gifts are never dropped off with no one present.
- Gifts without alcohol need a signature only if you request one, and can be left in a secure spot or at a building's front desk or mailroom.
- Holidays with no delivery: Thanksgiving (Monday, October 12), Remembrance Day (Wednesday, November 11), December 25 and 26, and January 1.
- Follow an order through the Order Tracking link at the bottom of the page, using the email address and postal code given at checkout.
- Our support team replies from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific daily, and works extra hours ahead of major holidays.
