Placing the order from Singapore
Nothing about a Singapore order is unusual to us; the only slip we ever see is the buyer's details typed where the recipient's belong:
- The buyer's block holds your card name, street address, unit and six-digit postal code and postal code.
- The recipient's block holds their name, Canadian street, city, BC, the V6B 1A1-style postal code and the recipient's phone — the number the driver or courier dials.
- The card tells them it's from you; the slip inside shows no prices.
The charge, in plain terms

Same-day hand delivery across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland needs the order by 11:00 a.m. Pacific on the delivery day, seven days a week (businesses no later than 5 p.m., homes no later than 9 p.m.); courier orders to the rest of BC ship the same day when placed by 2 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday, and arrive in one to three business days. Tracking your order
Order Tracking needs the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. Allow a few minutes after ordering; if nothing shows after that, send support the order number from the confirmation email.

Alcohol
A bottle — wine, champagne, beer, spirits — can be delivered to any BC address where the recipient is at least 19, BC's legal drinking age. It is handed only to someone 19+ with photo ID, is never left unattended, and on a courier route needs an adult signature; if no adult is in, it's tried again or held for pickup. Kosher wines and alcohol-free gourmet options are available too.
