Yes — a purchaser in Brazil can order for a recipient anywhere we deliver in BC. Checkout keeps two addresses apart, and the order goes wrong only when they're mixed:
- The buyer's block holds your card name, street address, bairro, city, state and CEP and CEP.
- The recipient's block holds their name, Canadian street, city, BC, the V6B 1A1-style postal code and the recipient's phone — the number the driver or courier dials.
- The card tells them it's from you; the slip inside shows no prices.
Paying from Brazil
Listed inCanadian dollars. The currency menu offers USD, GBP, EUR, AUD and JPY as approximations; Brazilian reais isn't offered, so compare against the CAD figure.
On your statementThe transaction is in Canadian dollars: gift, Canadian tax and the delivery fee for the recipient's address, shown up front. Conversion to Brazilian reais — and any charge for it — is your bank's, at a rate the store neither sets nor sees.

Is their address covered?
Not your postcode — the recipient's Canadian one. The checkout's delivery service looks it up and tells you same-day or courier, and how long.
Lower Mainland and Vancouver addresses are same-day when the order is in by 11:00 a.m. Pacific — free delivery over $100, otherwise $15.99–$19.99. Other BC addresses go by courier in one to three business days; order by 2 p.m. Pacific and checkout quotes the shipping.
Delivery timing, in your time
Read the deadlines in Pacific Time, the recipient's zone. Same-day (Vancouver and the Lower Mainland): order by 11:00 a.m. Pacific, any day; businesses receive no later than 5 p.m., homes no later than 9 p.m. Courier (rest of BC): order by 2 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday, to ship that day; one to three business days to arrive. - On the billing form: your name and address as your bank spells them, Latin letters.
- On the delivery label: the recipient's name and Canadian address in Latin letters — the courier reads English, and other scripts can't be checked at the door.
- On the phone: the recipient's Canadian number, area code first, in the delivery fields; your number may carry Brazil's country code.

Use Order Tracking with the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. Brand-new orders sometimes lag by a few minutes — if yours doesn't appear, support can find it by the order number in your confirmation email.

Gifts with a bottle
A bottle — wine, champagne, beer, spirits — can be delivered to any BC address where the recipient is at least 19, BC's legal drinking age. It is handed only to someone 19+ with photo ID, is never left unattended, and on a courier route needs an adult signature; if no adult is in, it's tried again or held for pickup. Kosher wines and alcohol-free gourmet options are available too.

Is a card from Brazil a problem?
Not at all. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB go through with a Brazilian billing address; the transaction is in CAD and your bank handles the exchange.
Any duty or fees at their end?
None. The basket is assembled and delivered in Canada, so customs and import fees don't apply. Same-day-zone delivery is free over $100; courier costs appear at your checkout.
How early must I order for delivery today?
