Your details, their details
A Spain card and a BC delivery address are a normal combination here. The one thing to get right is which details go where:
- Payer: name as on the card, street address, código postal, city and province, código postal — in billing.
- Receiver: name, Canadian street address, city, BC, a postal code like V6B 1A1, and their own phone number — in delivery; the driver or courier rings the receiver.
- Sender line: your name goes on the greeting card, and the packing slip carries no prices.
What a Spain card is charged
PricesSet in Canadian dollars (CAD). The currency menu at the top of the store can show them in EUR — an estimate at the day's rate, for comparison only.
The chargeYour card is charged in Canadian dollars. Canadian sales tax and the delivery charge for the recipient's address are shown before you pay. Your bank or card provider converts the CAD amount into euros at its own rate and may add its own fee — the store doesn't set or see that rate.
Card typesVisa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB (the store's listed marks, 2026-09-15). A Spain card is accepted; give the billing address your bank holds.
Not chargedNo customs, duty or import fee — the gift never crosses a border. The recipient pays nothing.
How soon can it get there?
Type the recipient's Canadian postal code (not your own). The reply is the checkout's own delivery system: whether the address is same-day or courier, and how many days.
Lower Mainland and Vancouver addresses are same-day when the order is in by 11:00 a.m. Pacific — free delivery over $100, otherwise $15.99–$19.99. Other BC addresses go by courier in one to three business days; order by 2 p.m. Pacific and checkout quotes the shipping.
The Vancouver cut-offs in Spain time
Vancouver works on Pacific Time. An order in by 11:00 a.m. Pacific is hand-delivered the same day anywhere in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, seven days a week — businesses no later than 5 p.m., homes no later than 9 p.m. For everywhere else in BC, courier orders placed by 2 p.m. Pacific on a weekday ship that day and arrive within one to three business days. In Spain's own time on September 17, 2026 — several zones, choose yours:

The date you pick at checkout is the recipient's Pacific date; after 11 a.m. in Vancouver the earliest same-day slot is the following day. Letters, names and the card
English is the store's language throughout; Spanish is spoken in Spain, and that matters for the card and the address:
- The card. Any language is fine as long as it uses Latin letters; it prints exactly as typed.
- Buyer's name and address. In Latin letters, matching the card statement.
- Recipient's name and address. Latin letters only — the label and the courier's scanners are English, and a name in another script can't be matched at the door.
- Phone numbers. The recipient's Canadian number (area code included) in the delivery fields; your own may use the Spain country code.

Tracking your order
Order Tracking asks for the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. A very recent order may not appear for a few minutes; if it still doesn't, contact support with the order number from your confirmation email.

Alcohol
A bottle — wine, champagne, beer, spirits — can be delivered to any BC address where the recipient is at least 19, BC's legal drinking age. It is handed only to someone 19+ with photo ID, is never left unattended, and on a courier route needs an adult signature; if no adult is in, it's tried again or held for pickup. Kosher wines and alcohol-free gourmet options are available too.
Questions from Spain buyers
Is a card from Spain a problem?
Not at all. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB go through with a Spanish billing address; the transaction is in CAD and your bank handles the exchange.
Is there anything for the recipient to pay?
No. Made and delivered within Canada means no customs or import charges; delivery in the same-day zone is free on orders over $100, and courier shipping is paid by you at checkout.
Can I still get same-day if I order tonight, my time?
Depends where tonight falls in Vancouver: the order has to be in by 11:00 a.m. Pacific for same-day in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, and by 2 p.m. Pacific to ship a courier parcel that day (one to three business days). The table above converts both for Spain.
