The Vancouver cut-offs in Germany time
Everything is timed on Pacific Time, which is what the recipient in BC lives on. For same-day hand delivery in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland the order must be in by 11:00 a.m. Pacific on the day (any day of the week; workplaces get it no later than 5 p.m., homes no later than 9 p.m.). Sending a bottle to British Columbia is allowed when the person receiving it is 19 or above (the legal drinking age).
