Your details, their details
We take orders from Colombia every week. The checkout asks for two sets of details — the person paying and the person receiving — and confusing them is the only common mistake:
- Billing details — yours. Your name as it appears on the card, your street address, city, department and código postal, in the billing fields. Your código postal goes there.
- Delivery details — the recipient's. Their name, their Canadian street address, city, BC and Canadian postal code (letter-number-letter number-letter-number, e.g. V6B 1A1), and their telephone number, in the delivery fields — the driver or courier calls that number, not yours.
- The greeting card carries your name, so the recipient knows who sent it — the packing slip shows no prices.
What a Colombia card is charged
The price tagEvery price is CAD. The switcher covers USD, GBP, EUR, AUD and JPY only, not Colombian pesos; treat the CAD number as the real one.
What you payA CAD amount — the gift, Canadian sales tax and delivery to that address, all displayed before payment. Your card issuer turns it into Colombian pesos at the issuer's rate, possibly plus a fee; the store has no part in that conversion.
Accepted cardsVisa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB, as displayed on the store on 2026-09-15. A card issued in Colombia works, provided the billing address matches the card.
What doesn't applyDuty, customs, import charges: none of them, as the gift stays inside Canada from studio to door. The recipient pays nothing at all.
How soon can it get there?
The recipient's postal code goes here — it's checked against the delivery service the checkout runs on, which reports same-day or courier and the days.

Alphabets: the card and the label
Colombia's language is Spanish; our store, checkout and delivery labels are English.
- Message. Type it in whatever language you like, provided it's in Latin letters — what you type is what prints.
- The payer's details. Latin letters, exactly as the card issuer has them.
- Where it's going. The recipient's name and Canadian address in Latin letters; the delivery label is English and a name in another script won't be recognised at the door.
- Telephones. Give the recipient's Canadian number with its area code in the delivery fields; yours can include the Colombia dialling code.

Checking progress
Order Tracking needs the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. Allow a few minutes after ordering; if nothing shows after that, send support the order number from the confirmation email.

Alcohol
A bottle — wine, champagne, beer, spirits — can be delivered to any BC address where the recipient is at least 19, BC's legal drinking age. It is handed only to someone 19+ with photo ID, is never left unattended, and on a courier route needs an adult signature; if no adult is in, it's tried again or held for pickup. Kosher wines and alcohol-free gourmet options are available too.

Do you accept Colombian cards?
Yes: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB, billed to your Colombian address. The amount is in Canadian dollars, converted by your card issuer.
Is there anything for the recipient to pay?
No. Made and delivered within Canada means no customs or import charges; delivery in the same-day zone is free on orders over $100, and courier shipping is paid by you at checkout.
How early must I order for delivery today?
Before 11:00 a.m. Pacific (converted for Colombia in the table above) if the address is in Vancouver or the Lower Mainland. For the rest of BC the courier cut-off is 2 p.m. Pacific, then one to three business days.
What happens if the door isn't answered?
The driver finds a safe place or a neighbour and messages the recipient; couriers may also leave it safely. A gift containing alcohol is re-attempted or held instead.
