Yes — a purchaser in Colombia can order for a recipient anywhere we deliver in BC. Checkout keeps two addresses apart, and the order goes wrong only when they're mixed:
- Billing details — yours. Your name as it appears on the card, your street address, city, department and código postal, in the billing fields. Your código postal goes there.
- Delivery details — the recipient's. Their name, their Canadian street address, city, BC and Canadian postal code (letter-number-letter number-letter-number, e.g. V6B 1A1), and their telephone number, in the delivery fields — the driver or courier calls that number, not yours.
- The greeting card carries your name, so the recipient knows who sent it — the packing slip shows no prices.

Alcohol
Wine, champagne, beer and spirits can be sent to any address in British Columbia where the recipient is 19 or over — BC's legal drinking age. The driver or courier hands a gift containing alcohol only to someone 19+ with photo ID and never leaves it unattended; a courier delivery needs an adult signature. If nobody of age is home, it's re-attempted or held for collection. Kosher wine and alcohol-free gourmet ranges are on the store.

Can I pay with a card issued in Colombia?
Yes — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB are accepted from a Colombian billing address. The charge is in Canadian dollars; your bank converts it.
What will it cost me in Colombian pesos?
The CAD total — gift, Canadian tax and the delivery charge for the address — is shown before you pay. Your bank sets the COP amount at its own rate; the store's currency menu gives an estimate only.
Does the recipient pay anything — customs, duty, delivery?
No. The gift is made and delivered inside Canada; there is no customs or import fee. Delivery is free on orders over $100 in the same-day zone; courier shipping is shown to you at checkout.
When do I have to order for same-day delivery?
By 11:00 a.m. Pacific on the delivery day — see the table above for what that is in Colombia today — for addresses in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Elsewhere in BC, order by 2 p.m. Pacific to ship that day; delivery takes one to three business days.
Which date do I choose at checkout?
