Place the order from India and we do the rest in Vancouver: the basket is made up in our studio and taken to the recipient — the same day around Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, by courier elsewhere in BC. You pay in Canadian dollars; the recipient pays nothing and no customs or import fee applies.
Placing the order from India
A India card and a BC delivery address are a normal combination here. The one thing to get right is which details go where:
- Who pays — your own name as printed on the card, plus your street address, city, state and PIN code, in the billing section; put your PIN code there too.
- Who receives — their full name, Canadian street address, city, BC, Canadian postal code (V6B 1A1 style) and their telephone number in the delivery section, because that's who the driver calls.
- Who it's from — the greeting card says, in your words; nothing on the packing slip mentions a price.
The charge, in plain terms
PricingIn CAD. The menu's alternatives are USD, GBP, EUR, AUD and JPY; Indian rupees is missing, so the CAD amount is your reference.
The chargeYour card is charged in Canadian dollars. Canadian sales tax and the delivery charge for the recipient's address are shown before you pay. Your bank or card provider converts the CAD amount into Indian rupees at its own rate and may add its own fee — the store doesn't set or see that rate.
Payment methodsThe store shows Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB (2026-09-15). India-issued cards are fine; use the address the card is registered to.
Never chargedCustoms, duty and import fees don't arise: the gift is made and delivered inside Canada. Nothing is collected from the recipient.
Check the recipient's postal code
Type the recipient's Canadian postal code (not your own). The reply is the checkout's own delivery system: whether the address is same-day or courier, and how many days.
Order by 11:00 a.m. Pacific for same-day delivery in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland (free delivery over $100, else $15.99–$19.99); by 2 p.m. Pacific for courier to the rest of the province, one to three business days, rate shown at checkout.
Cut-off times converted for India
The clock that matters is the recipient's — Pacific Time. Vancouver and the Lower Mainland: same-day when the order lands by 11:00 a.m. Pacific, every day of the week, with businesses served no later than 5 p.m. and homes no later than 9 p.m. Rest of BC: courier, shipped the same day for orders by 2 p.m. Pacific (weekdays), one to three business days in transit. Translated into your time for September 17, 2026:

Two calendars are in play: the table is correct for the date it names and moves an hour when either country changes its clocks, while the live line is today's. Checkout wants the recipient's date in Pacific time — with Vancouver past 11 a.m., the earliest same-day date is the next one. Closure days: Sep 30, Oct 12, Nov 11, Dec 25, Dec 26, Jan 1.
Alphabets: the card and the label
India's languages are English and Hindi; our store, checkout and delivery labels are English.
- On the card: any language in Latin letters, printed as you wrote it. A message in Devanagari and other Indian scripts has not been tested through this store's card-printing path, so write it in Latin letters (a transliteration is fine).
- On the billing form: your name and address as your bank spells them, Latin letters.
- On the delivery label: the recipient's name and Canadian address in Latin letters — the courier reads English, and other scripts can't be checked at the door.
- On the phone: the recipient's Canadian number, area code first, in the delivery fields; your number may carry India's country code.

Checking progress
Order Tracking needs the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. Allow a few minutes after ordering; if nothing shows after that, send support the order number from the confirmation email.

Drinks: who can receive them
A bottle — wine, champagne, beer, spirits — can be delivered to any BC address where the recipient is at least 19, BC's legal drinking age. It is handed only to someone 19+ with photo ID, is never left unattended, and on a courier route needs an adult signature; if no adult is in, it's tried again or held for pickup. Kosher wines and alcohol-free gourmet options are available too.
Questions from India buyers
Is a card from India a problem?
Not at all. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB go through with a Indian billing address; the transaction is in CAD and your bank handles the exchange.
Any duty or fees at their end?
None. The basket is assembled and delivered in Canada, so customs and import fees don't apply. Same-day-zone delivery is free over $100; courier costs appear at your checkout.
Same-day from abroad — really?
Yes, when the address is in Vancouver or the Lower Mainland and the order arrives by 11:00 a.m. Pacific that day (see the India equivalent in the table). The rest of BC is courier: order by 2 p.m. Pacific, delivered in one to three business days.
How do I pick the arrival date?
Select the day it should land at the recipient's address, reckoned in Pacific time. Past 11 a.m. in Vancouver, the earliest same-day option is the next day.
Can a bottle go in the basket?
It can, for a recipient aged 19 or over; the driver or courier asks for photo ID and won't leave it unattended.
