- Their side. Name, street, city, BC, a Canadian postal code such as V6B 1A1, and the recipient's own phone number in the delivery fields — the driver or courier calls the recipient, never the buyer.
- The message. The greeting card names you as the sender; the paperwork in the parcel shows no prices.

When can it arrive?
Type the recipient's Canadian postal code (not your own). The reply is the checkout's own delivery system: whether the address is same-day or courier, and how many days.
The 11:00 a.m. Pacific cut-off gives same-day delivery in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland (free over $100, else $15.99–$19.99); the 2 p.m. Pacific cut-off gets a courier parcel moving to the rest of BC, one to three business days away, with the rate at checkout.
When to order, on your own clock
Vancouver works on Pacific Time. An order in by 11:00 a.m. Pacific is hand-delivered the same day anywhere in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, seven days a week — businesses no later than 5 p.m., homes no later than 9 p.m. For everywhere else in BC, courier orders placed by 2 p.m. Pacific on a weekday ship that day and arrive within one to three business days. In Switzerland's own time on September 17, 2026:

Wine, champagne, beer and spirits can be sent to any address in British Columbia where the recipient is 19 or over — BC's legal drinking age. The driver or courier hands a gift containing alcohol only to someone 19+ with photo ID and never leaves it unattended; a courier delivery needs an adult signature. If nobody of age is home, it's re-attempted or held for collection. Kosher wine and alcohol-free gourmet ranges are on the store.

Any duty or fees at their end?
