Ordering from the UK for delivery in British Columbia
A the UK card and a BC delivery address are a normal combination here. The one thing to get right is which details go where:
- Who pays — your own name as printed on the card, plus your street address, town and postcode, in the billing section; put your postcode there too.
- Who receives — their full name, Canadian street address, city, BC, Canadian postal code (V6B 1A1 style) and their telephone number in the delivery section, because that's who the driver calls.
- Who it's from — the greeting card says, in your words; nothing on the packing slip mentions a price.

How soon can it get there?
Type the recipient's Canadian postal code (not your own). The reply is the checkout's own delivery system: whether the address is same-day or courier, and how many days.

Checking progress
Enter the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order on Order Tracking. If a just-placed order isn't there yet, wait a few minutes, then ask support, quoting the order number from your confirmation.
Customer support
A person answers at customer support ([email protected], +1 (604) 636-0960) between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific, seven days a week, as the store states (read 2026-09-15). Your equivalent on September 17, 2026:
- United Kingdom (BST): 2:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. the next day
Drinks: who can receive them
Sending a bottle to British Columbia is allowed when the person receiving it is 19 or above (the legal drinking age). Whoever takes it in must be 19+ and show photo ID; alcohol is never left unattended; courier deliveries need an adult signature; and an empty house means a re-attempt or a held parcel. Alcohol-free gourmet baskets and kosher wines are also on the store.

Not at all. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB go through with a British billing address; the transaction is in CAD and your bank handles the exchange.
Is there anything for the recipient to pay?
No. Made and delivered within Canada means no customs or import charges; delivery in the same-day zone is free on orders over $100, and courier shipping is paid by you at checkout.
What's the same-day deadline?
11:00 a.m. Pacific on the day itself, for Vancouver and Lower Mainland addresses — the table above gives it in the UK time. Other BC addresses: order by 2 p.m. Pacific and it ships that day, arriving in one to three business days.
Are wine and champagne deliverable?
Yes — to anyone 19 or over. Photo ID is checked on handover, and alcohol is never left unattended.
What happens if the door isn't answered?
The driver finds a safe place or a neighbour and messages the recipient; couriers may also leave it safely. A gift containing alcohol is re-attempted or held instead.
