Vancouver Baskets · from New Zealand
Place the order from New Zealand and we do the rest in Vancouver: the basket is made up in our studio and taken to the recipient — the same day around Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, by courier elsewhere in BC. You pay in Canadian dollars; the recipient pays nothing and no customs or import fee applies.

We take orders from New Zealand every week. The checkout asks for two sets of details — the person paying and the person receiving — and confusing them is the only common mistake:
Not your postcode — the recipient's Canadian one. The checkout's delivery service looks it up and tells you same-day or courier, and how long.
The 11:00 a.m. Pacific cut-off gives same-day delivery in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland (free over $100, else $15.99–$19.99); the 2 p.m. Pacific cut-off gets a courier parcel moving to the rest of BC, one to three business days away, with the rate at checkout.
Read the deadlines in Pacific Time, the recipient's zone. Same-day (Vancouver and the Lower Mainland): order by 11:00 a.m. Pacific, any day; businesses receive no later than 5 p.m., homes no later than 9 p.m. Courier (rest of BC): order by 2 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday, to ship that day; one to three business days to arrive. For September 17, 2026, that means:
| Time zone | Same-day cut-off (11:00 a.m. PT) | Courier cut-off (2:00 p.m. PT) |
|---|---|---|
| New Zealand (Pacific/Auckland, NZST) | 6:00 a.m. the next day | 9:00 a.m. the next day |
Today on this device: — for same-day, — for courier (your device's time zone: —).
When either side changes its clocks the difference shifts by an hour — the table holds for the date shown, and the live line recalculates each visit. At checkout pick the recipient's delivery date in Pacific time, not your local date; past 11 a.m. Pacific, the first same-day option is the next day. Closed Sep 30, Oct 12, Nov 11, Dec 25, Dec 26, Jan 1.
New Zealand's languages are English and Māori; our store, checkout and delivery labels are English.
Not enough New Zealand orders for a ranking, so: gifts already chosen from New Zealand, then eight of the store's bestsellers — live today, in Canadian dollars.

Baskets, flowers and baked goods, all from the same Vancouver studio.
Enter the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order on Order Tracking. If a just-placed order isn't there yet, wait a few minutes, then ask support, quoting the order number from your confirmation.

You can send wine, champagne, beer or spirits to any address in BC provided the recipient is 19 or older — the legal drinking age here. Handover is to a person 19+ with photo ID only; the gift is never left unattended; couriers take an adult signature; and if no adult is home the delivery is re-attempted or held. Alcohol-free gourmet ranges and kosher wine are stocked.
It will. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB are all taken with a New Zealand billing address; you're charged in CAD and your bank does the conversion.
No. The gift is made and delivered inside Canada; there is no customs or import fee. Delivery is free on orders over $100 in the same-day zone; courier shipping is shown to you at checkout.
Yes, when the address is in Vancouver or the Lower Mainland and the order arrives by 11:00 a.m. Pacific that day (see the New Zealand equivalent in the table). The rest of BC is courier: order by 2 p.m. Pacific, delivered in one to three business days.
It can, for a recipient aged 19 or over; the driver or courier asks for photo ID and won't leave it unattended.
The driver finds a safe place or a neighbour and messages the recipient; couriers may also leave it safely. A gift containing alcohol is re-attempted or held instead.
New Westminster, Maple Ridge, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Langley Township and more — all same-day, being Vancouver and the Lower Mainland; the rest of British Columbia is courier territory. Since May 2024, 46% of gifts from New Zealand went to Vancouver, 6% of gifts from New Zealand went to Burnaby; the median order was roughly $125 CAD and December the busiest month. Each major destination has its own page: Vancouver, Burnaby, North Vancouver, Surrey, Nanaimo, Port Moody, Richmond, Victoria, Coquitlam, Courtenay, Delta.
