Ordering from Mexico for delivery in British Columbia
An order from Mexico goes through like any other once the two sets of details are in the right places:
- Your side. Card name, street address, colonia, código postal, city and state and código postal go in the billing fields, nowhere else.
- Their side. Name, street, city, BC, a Canadian postal code such as V6B 1A1, and the recipient's own phone number in the delivery fields — the driver or courier calls the recipient, never the buyer.
- The message. The greeting card names you as the sender; the paperwork in the parcel shows no prices.
What a Mexico card is charged
PricingIn CAD. The menu's alternatives are USD, GBP, EUR, AUD and JPY; Mexican pesos is missing, so the CAD amount is your reference.
The chargeYour card is charged in Canadian dollars. Canadian sales tax and the delivery charge for the recipient's address are shown before you pay. Your bank or card provider converts the CAD amount into Mexican pesos at its own rate and may add its own fee — the store doesn't set or see that rate.
CardsVisa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB — the marks shown on the store on 2026-09-15. Cards issued in Mexico are accepted; the billing address must be the card's.

The clock that matters is the recipient's — Pacific Time. Vancouver and the Lower Mainland: same-day when the order lands by 11:00 a.m. Pacific, every day of the week, with businesses served no later than 5 p.m. and homes no later than 9 p.m. Rest of BC: courier, shipped the same day for orders by 2 p.m. Pacific (weekdays), one to three business days in transit. Because both sides observe daylight saving on different dates, the gap can change by an hour; the live line is recalculated each visit and the table is fixed to its date. - On the phone: the recipient's Canadian number, area code first, in the delivery fields; your number may carry Mexico's country code.

Tracking, support and alcohol
Tracking your order
Order Tracking needs the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. Allow a few minutes after ordering; if nothing shows after that, send support the order number from the confirmation email.

A person answers at customer support ([email protected], +1 (604) 636-0960) between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific, seven days a week, as the store states (read 2026-09-15). Your equivalent on September 17, 2026:
- Central (Mexico City) (CST): 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Pacific (Tijuana) (PDT): 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Southeast (Cancún) (EST): 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
The rules on alcohol
Wine, champagne, beer and spirits go anywhere in BC as long as the recipient is 19 or over, the province's legal drinking age. A driver or courier will only hand alcohol to a person 19+ with photo ID, never leaves it unattended, and a courier requires an adult's signature; with nobody of age at home, delivery is re-attempted or the parcel is held. The store also stocks kosher wine and alcohol-free gourmet ranges.
Bulk and business gifting from Mexico
Businesses account for about 18% of what Mexico sends. For a client list or a team, the bulk-order tool takes names from a spreadsheet or typed in, pairs each with a message and a date — any mix of same-day and courier addresses — and produces one invoice in CAD. Can I pay with a card issued in Mexico?
Yes — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB are accepted from a Mexican billing address. The charge is in Canadian dollars; your bank converts it.
Will the recipient be asked to pay customs or delivery?
Nothing — no customs, no duty, no import fee, because the gift never leaves Canada. Delivery is free over $100 in the same-day zone, and any courier charge is shown to you, the buyer, at checkout.
Same-day from abroad — really?
Yes, when the address is in Vancouver or the Lower Mainland and the order arrives by 11:00 a.m. Pacific that day (see the Mexico equivalent in the table). The rest of BC is courier: order by 2 p.m. Pacific, delivered in one to three business days.
What date do I put in — mine or theirs?
Theirs: the day the gift should arrive at the recipient's BC address, on the Pacific calendar. Once Vancouver is past 11 a.m., the first same-day date available is tomorrow.
Are wine and champagne deliverable?
Yes — to anyone 19 or over. Photo ID is checked on handover, and alcohol is never left unattended.
