Vancouver Baskets · from the Philippines
Buy from the Philippines, and the gift is built and delivered on the Canadian side — hand delivery the same day in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, courier to the rest of BC. Charged in Canadian dollars, free of customs and import charges, nothing for the recipient to settle.

We take orders from the Philippines every week. The checkout asks for two sets of details — the person paying and the person receiving — and confusing them is the only common mistake:
Not your postcode — the recipient's Canadian one. The checkout's delivery service looks it up and tells you same-day or courier, and how long.
Lower Mainland and Vancouver addresses are same-day when the order is in by 11:00 a.m. Pacific — free delivery over $100, otherwise $15.99–$19.99. Other BC addresses go by courier in one to three business days; order by 2 p.m. Pacific and checkout quotes the shipping.
Everything is timed on Pacific Time, which is what the recipient in BC lives on. For same-day hand delivery in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland the order must be in by 11:00 a.m. Pacific on the day (any day of the week; workplaces get it no later than 5 p.m., homes no later than 9 p.m.). Courier orders for the rest of the province go out the same day if placed by 2 p.m. Pacific on a weekday and take one to three business days. Here is what those cut-offs are for September 17, 2026:
| Time zone | Same-day cut-off (11:00 a.m. PT) | Courier cut-off (2:00 p.m. PT) |
|---|---|---|
| Philippines (Asia/Manila, PST) | 2:00 a.m. the next day | 5:00 a.m. the next day |
Today on this device: — for same-day, — for courier (your device's time zone: —).
Because both sides observe daylight saving on different dates, the gap can change by an hour; the live line is recalculated each visit and the table is fixed to its date. Pick the recipient's Pacific delivery date at checkout — if it's after 11 a.m. in Vancouver, tomorrow is the first same-day option. We don't deliver Sept 30 (National Day for Truth and Reconciliation); Thanksgiving, Mon Oct 12; Remembrance Day, Nov 11; Christmas Day; Boxing Day; New Year's Day.
English and Filipino are spoken in the Philippines; the store and checkout are in English.
Some of these have already gone out on an order from the Philippines; the others are the store's overall bestsellers, standing in — with no ranking claimed — until the history is thicker. Each is available now; prices are Canadian dollars.

Enter the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order on Order Tracking. If a just-placed order isn't there yet, wait a few minutes, then ask support, quoting the order number from your confirmation.
Help is at +1 (604) 636-0960 or [email protected] through the support page, 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, seven days a week — the store's published hours (2026-09-15). Translated for September 17, 2026:
Wine, champagne, beer and spirits go anywhere in BC as long as the recipient is 19 or over, the province's legal drinking age. A driver or courier will only hand alcohol to a person 19+ with photo ID, never leaves it unattended, and a courier requires an adult's signature; with nobody of age at home, delivery is re-attempted or the parcel is held. The store also stocks kosher wine and alcohol-free gourmet ranges.
Not at all. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB go through with a Filipino billing address; the transaction is in CAD and your bank handles the exchange.
No. Made and delivered within Canada means no customs or import charges; delivery in the same-day zone is free on orders over $100, and courier shipping is paid by you at checkout.
Yes, when the address is in Vancouver or the Lower Mainland and the order arrives by 11:00 a.m. Pacific that day (see the the Philippines equivalent in the table). The rest of BC is courier: order by 2 p.m. Pacific, delivered in one to three business days.
Select the day it should land at the recipient's address, reckoned in Pacific time. Past 11 a.m. in Vancouver, the earliest same-day option is the next day.
It can, for a recipient aged 19 or over; the driver or courier asks for photo ID and won't leave it unattended.
The same-day zone is Vancouver and the Lower Mainland: White Rock, Pitt Meadows, Vancouver, Surrey, North Vancouver and more. Beyond it, the courier covers the province. See the individual pages for our biggest BC destinations: Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Chilliwack, Port Moody, New Westminster.
