Placing the order from the Philippines
We take orders from the Philippines every week. The checkout asks for two sets of details — the person paying and the person receiving — and confusing them is the only common mistake:
- The buyer's block holds your card name, street address, barangay, city, province and ZIP code and ZIP code.
- The recipient's block holds their name, Canadian street, city, BC, the V6B 1A1-style postal code and the recipient's phone — the number the driver or courier dials.
- The card tells them it's from you; the slip inside shows no prices.
Canadian dollars, Filipino card
The price tagEvery price is CAD. The switcher covers USD, GBP, EUR, AUD and JPY only, not Philippine pesos; treat the CAD number as the real one.
BillingYou're billed in CAD, and checkout shows the whole figure (gift, Canadian sales tax, delivery for that address) before you confirm. The Philippine pesos equivalent depends on your card provider's rate and fees, not the store's.

How soon can it get there?
Not your postcode — the recipient's Canadian one. The checkout's delivery service looks it up and tells you same-day or courier, and how long.
Lower Mainland and Vancouver addresses are same-day when the order is in by 11:00 a.m. Pacific — free delivery over $100, otherwise $15.99–$19.99. Other BC addresses go by courier in one to three business days; order by 2 p.m. Pacific and checkout quotes the shipping.
The Vancouver cut-offs in the Philippines time
Everything is timed on Pacific Time, which is what the recipient in BC lives on. For same-day hand delivery in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland the order must be in by 11:00 a.m. Pacific on the day (any day of the week; workplaces get it no later than 5 p.m., homes no later than 9 p.m.). Courier orders for the rest of the province go out the same day if placed by 2 p.m. Pacific on a weekday and take one to three business days. Here is what those cut-offs are for September 17, 2026:

Because both sides observe daylight saving on different dates, the gap can change by an hour; the live line is recalculated each visit and the table is fixed to its date. Pick the recipient's Pacific delivery date at checkout — if it's after 11 a.m. in Vancouver, tomorrow is the first same-day option. Wine, champagne, beer and spirits go anywhere in BC as long as the recipient is 19 or over, the province's legal drinking age. A driver or courier will only hand alcohol to a person 19+ with photo ID, never leaves it unattended, and a courier requires an adult's signature; with nobody of age at home, delivery is re-attempted or the parcel is held.
