You pay in Canadian dollars; the recipient pays nothing and no customs or import fee applies.
Two addresses: yours in Bermuda, theirs in BC
Yes — a purchaser in Bermuda can order for a recipient anywhere we deliver in BC. Checkout keeps two addresses apart, and the order goes wrong only when they're mixed:
- Who pays — your own name as printed on the card, plus your street address, parish and postal code, in the billing section; put your postal code there too.
- Who receives — their full name, Canadian street address, city, BC, Canadian postal code (V6B 1A1 style) and their telephone number in the delivery section, because that's who the driver calls.
- Who it's from — the greeting card says, in your words; nothing on the packing slip mentions a price.
Money matters for a Bermuda buyer
PricingIn CAD. The menu's alternatives are USD, GBP, EUR, AUD and JPY; Bermudian dollars is missing, so the CAD amount is your reference.
BillingYou're billed in CAD, and checkout shows the whole figure (gift, Canadian sales tax, delivery for that address) before you confirm. The Bermudian dollars equivalent depends on your card provider's rate and fees, not the store's.
Card typesVisa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB (the store's listed marks, 2026-09-15). A Bermuda card is accepted; give the billing address your bank holds.
ExcludedImport fees, duty and customs — none, since nothing is shipped across a border. The recipient is not asked to pay.
Is their address covered?
Not your postcode — the recipient's Canadian one. The checkout's delivery service looks it up and tells you same-day or courier, and how long.
The 11:00 a.m. Pacific cut-off gives same-day delivery in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland (free over $100, else $15.99–$19.99); the 2 p.m. Pacific cut-off gets a courier parcel moving to the rest of BC, one to three business days away, with the rate at checkout.
Cut-off times converted for Bermuda
Everything is timed on Pacific Time, which is what the recipient in BC lives on. For same-day hand delivery in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland the order must be in by 11:00 a.m. Pacific on the day (any day of the week; workplaces get it no later than 5 p.m., homes no later than 9 p.m.). Courier orders for the rest of the province go out the same day if placed by 2 p.m. Pacific on a weekday and take one to three business days. Here is what those cut-offs are for September 17, 2026:

Tracking your order
The store's Order Tracking page wants the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. An order placed minutes ago can take a little while to show; if it stays missing, give support the order number from your confirmation.
Getting help
The support team ([email protected], +1 (604) 636-0960) works 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pacific, seven days a week, per the store's contact page as read on 2026-09-15. Converted to your clock for September 17, 2026:
- Bermuda (ADT): 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Drinks: who can receive them
Wine, champagne, beer and spirits go anywhere in BC as long as the recipient is 19 or over, the province's legal drinking age. A driver or courier will only hand alcohol to a person 19+ with photo ID, never leaves it unattended, and a courier requires an adult's signature; with nobody of age at home, delivery is re-attempted or the parcel is held. The store also stocks kosher wine and alcohol-free gourmet ranges.
Bermuda to BC — common questions
Will a Bermuda bank card work?
It will. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB are all taken with a Bermudian billing address; you're charged in CAD and your bank does the conversion.
Could the recipient get a bill for customs or delivery?
No — there's no border crossing, so no customs, duty or import fee. Delivery is free on orders over $100 in the same-day zone, and courier shipping is charged to you at checkout.
Can I still get same-day if I order tonight, my time?
Depends where tonight falls in Vancouver: the order has to be in by 11:00 a.m. Pacific for same-day in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, and by 2 p.m. Pacific to ship a courier parcel that day (one to three business days). The table above converts both for Bermuda.
How do I track the order or get help?
