Delivery Information
- Same-day delivery is available only for eligible Vancouver and Lower Mainland addresses when ordered by 11am PT.
- Select an available delivery date through the delivery calendar in the builder.
- Provide a complete delivery address and a working telephone number for the recipient.
- Hospital deliveries depend on hospital access, department procedures and the recipient’s status.
- If the recipient has been discharged, contact us promptly so the delivery team can review the available options.
