How we put a gift together
Listed means included
What's Included is taken from this product's own listing. When an item is out of season, its replacement matches the gift's value, theme and look.
Packed by hand in Vancouver
Every basket, box and crate is assembled by our team before it leaves us, in the presentation named on this page.
Allergy Information
- Flowers and plants are not edible. Keep them, their water and any plant-food packet away from children and pets.
- Fresh flowers and greenery carry pollen and scent, which can bother people with hay fever, asthma or fragrance sensitivity.
- Some stems and leaves have sap that can irritate sensitive skin - wash your hands after trimming or handling them.
If the recipient has allergies or pets, you may prefer to send a gift without fresh flowers or plants.

Keeping it fresh
- Place the plant in bright light, introducing stronger direct sun gradually.
- Allow the soil to dry thoroughly between waterings, then water and drain completely.
- Do not leave the planter standing in water; overwatering can damage the roots.
- Keep it away from cold drafts and protect it from frost.
Living plants naturally vary in height, shape, bloom count, and colour. If a substitution is required, it should preserve the gift's overall plant type, presentation, and value.

Local deliveries in the Lower Mainland and Greater Toronto are made by our own drivers, so the gift is handled by us from packing to doorstep.
