Because every custom basket is assembled individually, exact products may vary with availability. When a substitution is needed, the team selects an appropriate item that preserves the chosen theme, intended use, and overall gift value.
Delivery Information
- Same-day delivery is available only for eligible Vancouver and Lower Mainland addresses when ordered by 11am PT.
- Select an available delivery date through the delivery calendar in the builder.
- Provide a complete delivery address and a working telephone number for the recipient.
- Include apartment, concierge, buzzer and other secure-access instructions when applicable.
- Delivery confirmation is provided where supported by the delivery method.
Alcohol Add-ons & Delivery Requirements
Wine, champagne or other alcohol is included only when selected as an optional add-on and where permitted. The recipient must be of legal drinking age, and valid government-issued identification may be required at delivery.
